About The Field of Honor®

WHAT IS THE FIELD OF HONOR®?

The Field of Honor® is a dramatic, emotion-filled display of full-size, 3′ x 5′ US flags, each purchased in honor of a veteran, active or reserve duty military individual or first responder. In its second year, the Rotary Club of Georgetown’s signature event will present 2,000 flags that will take your breath away. This tribute exemplifies the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self” as it inspires patriotism, gratitude for those who keep us safe, and appreciation for our freedom and our country’s flag. The exciting events held throughout the week are open to the public beginning November 3rd through Veterans Day, November 12th! Check the SCHEDULE page for details on the events.

Co-Chairs, David Kellerman and Jeanne McClellan

Hosted by the Rotary Club of Georgetown, TX, and presented by Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick, in cooperation with the City of Georgetown, TX, the Field of Honor® is a  Central Texas event that is exclusively licensed through the Colonial Flag Foundation. www.healingfield.org
